Target configuration for experience fragments

HY Guys 

i'm having the problem connecting or exporting Fragments to adobe target from AEM author due to user/pass but the user i have configured has access to target and is the APPROVER please see the screen shot below..not sure if is user permissions or i am using incorrect user

As far as I know, the credentials required to connect to Target from AEM are special creds provided by the Target team.

 

Can you drop an email to "clientcare@adobe.com" and confirm the creds?

    You need to set Approver role in your Cloud Org admin console:
