strong, em RTE V1 text inline plugins

Hi,

Environment: AEM 6.3.3, Core Text V1

As shown below when I click on "A" it show B I U for bold, italic, underline formats.

I would like to have Strong, em formatting in inline mode tool bar.

Could anyone please tell me how to add these two new formatting options ?

Note: HTMLRules not working for content authors which replaces bold tag with strong tag. I do not want to go that route, as there is no documentation on achieving this with configPath for core text V1 - as it does not have any dialog, cq:Dialog.
