Steps for converting a static template to an editable template in 6.5 Cloud

Hi,

Is there any documentation available to convert static template to an editable template?

We are on the version 6.5 Cloud.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-gems-events/gems/gems2019/introducing-the-aem-modernization-suite.html?lang=en - This looks more like adapting from classic ui to touch ui.

Thanks!

Hi @pixislinger ,

You can make use of Adobe's provided modernization tool, not sure if you have checked this already.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/developing/devtools/modernization-tools.html?lang=en

It also talks about page structure conversion and policies definition.

Also check this for details:-

https://opensource.adobe.com/aem-modernize-tools/

Hope that helps!

Let me know if you have further questions.

Regards,

Nitesh
