Standby machine as Offload instance

Hi,

Can I use an StandBy instance for offload for assets processing?

I don't think so you can do that because the standby instance does not respond to any requests like primary and only runs to synchronize the segments from the primary. 

This is what the docs say-

Standby instances are not receiving any type of requests, because they are running in sync only mode. The only section available on a standby instance is the Web Console, in order to facilitate bundle and services configuration.
