Sorting not happening for Assets in List view

Hello ,

 

Reaching out for unique issue I am facing in Touch UI in the list View the Modified & Published view sorting  is not working.



Where as other fields like Title and Name is working as sorting is showing up as expected.

I see the these warnings in logs and no errors.



Not sure how to debug this issue.. Any help would be appreciated.

@kumar001  What happens:

1. In card or column view?

2. When you upload a new asset, publish it, does the sorting work then? 

3. Rebuilding Clientlibs

4. Restarting server

5. Logging in with IP instead of domain

    @diksha_mishra 1. It is in List view
    2. Tried uploading the new assets and published it but no luck. Strangely, issue occurs only for  "Modified" and "Published" columns only.
    3. Ran the Rebuilding Clientlibs and restarted the server but that didn't help.
    4. Same behavior with IP and LB url.

      Please let us know:
       1. What AEM version are you working upon?

       2. Are there any customizations done on Modified or published date properties Or the List View itself

      3. Would it be possible to share a screen shot with more than one asset and possibly their modified and published date as shown in CRX

        1. AEM 6.5 with SP3

        2. No customizations done and when checking some content this issue was noticed

        3. Sorry can't share those screenshots due to policy restrictions but if there is any chance we can connect to go through this strange issue.
