I'm trying to leverage AEM template for SMS messaging. Our integration will use APIs from upstream apps and pass that to our Aggregator that then passes that to the Mobile Carriers. In all that, is it possible to pull the sms template from AEM?
AEM is not providing any SMS template capabilities, also I do not think this is the right tool for that. You could try to explore Adobe Campaign which can be integrated with AEM if needed, here are some links:
