I just downloaded bundle and uploaded in aem author from here

 

Any idea ?

you might be referring old version @adobeid24 , in the new version that field is made to a text field form a drop down selection. It is expected behaviour. You can type the include type.

I have also cross checked the code:

    perfect..I am referring to newer version of bundle actully ..ok fair enough thats y not gettingv as dropdown ..you mean to say in the newer one its text field and in older one it was dropdown ..as right hand side is newer version OCD class (OSGI R6 )...
