siteadmin showing blank empty page in publisher instance

Hi All,

In our Publisher instance, we are not able to open siteadmin page and getting blank page. 

In some other publisher instance, we can able to open siteadmin page and working fine. 

Is siteadmin is blocked in publisher instance ? If yes ,then please get me know how this console is working in other few env.

You are not allowed to access siteadmin in Publisher, however if you are able to do so, it means instance is not configured properly

Go to OSGI console and open Day CQ WCM Filter

See the value of WCM mode, On a publish instance this must be set to disabled to ensure that no other mode is accessible.

Hi Edubey,

Thanks for ur reply.

In one of our pubisher env, CQ WCM filter set up as disbaled , but still i can able to see siteadmin console is working fine.

Is their any checkpoint made in run level?

HI Edubey,

Unpack jar file

change port number and hostname .Staring the instance..

 

The option you suggest for debug mode through URL mode ex: http://localhost:4503/content/home.html?wcm=debug

Have you followed the steps mentioned here correctly, make sure your publish jar name is something similar to cq-publish-4503.jar

What do you see in error.log when you see blank screen?

NO logs while page loading empty.

On the Publish instance, if you go to /crx/de and login (using the login button top right), then go to siteadmin - is it still blank?

This will work if you Enable JSON in the Apache Sling GET Servlet via felix console>configurations

However this should be disabled on the production publishers for security reasons.
