Hello
Forgive the remedial inquiry, still trying to figure out AEM Assets Author.
We need to share a documen file from AEM Assets to Ceros for viewing only.
The user should not have the ability to edit the file but just view.
How can we make that happen?

To share a document file from AEM Assets to Ceros for viewing only, you can follow these general steps:
Locate the Document in AEM Assets: Log in to your AEM instance, navigate to the Assets section, and locate the document file you want to share.
Generate a Public Link via Link Share: To generate the URL for assets that you want to share with users, use the Link Sharing dialog. Users with administrator privileges or with read permissions at /var/dam/share location are able to view the links shared with them.
Configure Permissions: Set the appropriate permissions for the public link to ensure that it is view-only. In AEM, you can usually specify read-only access for public links.
Share the Link with Ceros: Go to the Ceros platform or the relevant area where you want to embed or link the document. Paste the public link from AEM into the appropriate location. Or send out an email to a user refer below link for more details.
Verify Viewing Permissions: Ensure that the link is set up correctly, and Ceros users can access and view the document.
