Dear Team,

We have built website based on Salesforce Community for customers. We need to daily update news, articles (format: h5, video, etc). And we need to tracking customers action on those contents (PV, UV, Duration, Click links, etc). We would like to want to know shall we can use AEM as Content Management System for our Salesforce Community?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Tom

You would be able to use AEM as CMS as salesforce allows  for rendering content from 3rd party vendors so the content would lay unde AEM (Assets, content) in the form of Content Fragments Models etc. which gives you the json for all the content and this can be consumed by Salesforce community offering.

For tracking links etc.,  You can either use out of the box functionalities(a bit limited) or other Adobe cloud offering like analytics, target etc. for advanced features
