We are also on 6.5.5 and we can see the service accounts from useradmin console.

I would suggest to check using admin credentials and check error logs as well.

Hi @saibul

Could you first check using crx/de if the accounts exist on publish or not? The users/group on publish and author can differ and there is a possibility that they don't exist on publish.

Thanks,

There is no log captured. The service account created using com.adobe.acs.commons.users.impl.EnsureServiceUser-custom-service-user.xml config. The account is not showing in prod publish alone and it shows in all lower environments both author and publish. The user is showing under /home/users/system node in crxde in impacted system. Since the account is not showing in useradmin I am not able to view the permission and manage it. Any solutions to bring it in the UI

what account are you using to check? can you check from Touch UI? If user node is created in crx and you ahve read access then you can see it.
