Rootpath blocking servlet

Hi Team,

I am using brightcove package to access videos in aem.

I am using aem 6.5 with sp 6.5.10 and same Uber jar.

In my dev/uat/PRD all instances, have rootpath in url.

There is one brightcove sync service which pulls brightcove videos to aem.

This perticular get service stops responding as soon as root path is available.

Now for one service, rootpath removal is not optn

Anyone else facing similar issues

Could you please elaborate the issue a bit. Does it stop working only for a specific rootpath? Or it does not work even if you change the rootpath?

Did you try checking the logs for errors? Please share the errors that you are getting in logs.
