Rollout shows 0 of 2 live copies

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with rollout.

 

Here is the scenario:

Whenever I try to rollout a page and open rollout dialog. It doesn't show any live copies. In the heading it says " Showing 0 of 2 live Copies"

 

Here is what I have already checked:

- Live copies are present in the blueprint section of page properties.

- cq:LiveConfigSync node is present and have all the properties as well.

 

I am not sure if this is helpful, but the rollout config dropdown is also blank, when I click on it, it doesn't show any rollout configs.

I have checked the cq:LiveConfigSync node and it has cq:rolloutConfigs present.

Also, the rollout configs are also present in the path which is added in cq:rolloutConfigs property.

 

AEM Version : 6.5.11

Livecopy Overview : I am getting the same issue. Showing 0 of 2 live copies.

Page properties sync in live copy page properties : I can rollout the page. 

 

But, after rolling out, I get the following error:

com.adobe.granite.jobs.async.commons.AbstractAsyncJobExecutor :

Error while saving the job result: 

com.adobe.granite.jobs.async.AsyncJobResult$AsyncJobResultException:

 Can't create node to save job result.

Hi @anmol_bhardwaj , have you tried it from Livecopy Overview page to do rollout? Or from livecopy page - pageproperties sync option? Is it consistent across board ?
