RichText not working for touch UI AEM 6.4

I have tested it on Vanilla Version on We retail website. It's not working and there is as such no JS error on console also. There are some resource not found errors. Below is screenshot

Richtext is not working if we have tabs in component dialog in AEM 6.4. Can you please test with having tabs in dialog structure ?

Any updates on this issue ? facing same issue in AEM6.3, trying to configure RTE in page properties tab.
