Rich Text Editor (RTE) Plugin Customize

I'm trying to customize Hyperlink plugin in the RTE. Please help how to approach or any references?

the ask is to remove AltText Field in the Hyperlink plugin of Rich Text Editor Component. 

This is for Touch UI - AEM 6.3
