Replicate Agent exception after installing SP2

Folks,

Any idea why there is an exception after upgrade SP1 to version SP2 in AEM 6.

Now there is an exception for Replicate Agent:

StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

There was some tasks in queue for publishing before install SP2. It looks like that was the reason. I have cleared all queue lists in author agent and the error has gone.

There was some tasks in queue for publishing before install SP2. It looks like that was the reason. I have cleared all queue lists in author agent and the error has gone.
