'renderid' cookie is not generating

Hi,

The renderid cookie is not creating which should be generating after enabling the /sticky connections in dispatcher file, below is the configuration. The same config is working on stage but not on prod.

 

/stickyConnectionsFor "/content/myproject/en-us"

 

PS: i haven't enabled any /sessionmanagement

Hi @shivama92274331,

Since it is working in stage, I suggest below

  • Compare the dispatcher.any file from stage and prod. In particular, stickyconnections, clientheaders section, render naming convention. 
  • If configs are intact, update the log level to 3 and observe dispatcher logs. 

Update this thread with related log statements to debug further.
