Regarding vanity url in dispatcher

I have some vanity urls for few pages that's working fine for publisher instance , but when I am trying to access via dispatcher it gives me 404 error

even vanity url also enabled in dispatcher.any file

    Got it what's the issue
    There is a issue with edit permission of farm file,so i created a new farm and include it to dispatcher.any file after that it is working fine

    this looks like a similar thread, have you checked discussions on this- checks mentioned by Kunwar?

    Also not sure the extra spaces might be an issue here.
