Anyone else run into a similar situation?

I'm honestly not sure what could be including these components on the page for them to spit out a log warning. I don't believe we're using/overlaying/extending any of these components in this project, so I can only imagine it's coming from the TouchUI authoring interface...

I don't really know how to track down what is loading these components either, nothing I see in the network inspector seems to point to these components.

I believe you are correct - just some standard warning messages that the Touch UI API uses. I would not worry about those messages.
