Providing Private folder check nox option to non admin user in AEM assets

Hi,

 

We have created user and added DAM-Users group to the user. But when the user tries to create a folder he is not able to see the private check box. He is able to see the Orderable check box only. 

 

What extra permission do i need to provide so that the user will be able to see the private checkbox option.
