Project language automatic translations for Months

Hi, 

We are experiencing different results from our Local (fresh install) and our Staging environment. 

The content structure is as follows:

project_folder -> locale -> all locale content

This particular locale's language is Bengali, and the language for the locale folder is set to this. In local instance, certain dynamic terms like Months are automatically being translated. We want this feature in Stage/Prod, be we are not seeing the same automatic translations. 

Keep in mind, our local instance is fresh and has no i18n dictionary for this project, so the translations are not coming from translations we have set up. There is clearly some default config or files that were included for the local install, but not configured or install for our Stage and Prod, or perhaps turned off. I would also like to add that I even tried searching for anything relating to Bengali translations on local and couldn't find anything. 

Where would these translations be coming from exactly, on our local instance? Hopefully I was able to sufficiently explain the scenario.

First place which I can think to check is the OOTB Translation Configs, where OOTB components are translated automatically.
