Problem with opt-in wizard for Target in AEM

Hello Everyone,

We want to integrate AEM with Adobe Target Premium (not classic). For that we need to integrate Target via opt-in wizard. I'm following this documentation

Opting Into Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target

but can't proceed since I can't find this screen/dialog anywhere in AEM. Can you please help?

Documentation says - On the Configure Analytics And Targeting dialog box, select Configure Analytics & Targeting Now and click Next.

Where exactly is this Configure Analytics And Targeting dialog box?

You mentioned that you need to integrate it with Adobe Target Premium (not classic), so I would recommend you not to use the wizard. As it for Target classic.

For Target Premium - Adobe Experience Manager Help | Integrating Adobe Experience Manager with Adobe Analytics and Target using DTM  OR AEM integration with Adobe Target: Delivering personalized experiences by Automated Personalization

For Classic - Creating Personal Experiences using Experience Manager and Adobe Target

When you start the AEM instance for the first time this dialog box gets prompted up.

Later you can go to- http://localhost:4502/libs/cq/cloudservicesprovisioning/content/wizard/opt-in.html

Note- 1.This will also connect with Target Classic.

           2. I would recommend you to use DTM for integrating AEM with Target. See Adobe Experience Manager Help | Integrating Adobe Experience Manager with Adobe Analytics and Target using DTM

Actually the Target option is disabled in our environment. To make it available, docs say we have to configure the cloud configurations first. This is where we are stuck.
