Hey,

Preview Mode -> Clicking on the preview option on the right side of the page will only hide the editable section of your page.

If you would like to preview your page like publish -> then put the ?wcmmode=disabled at end of the URL. ( will refresh page and hide the paysys borders.)

Let me know if you need anything else.

Thank you!

Preview mode will allow a client to see what will be displayed on a Publish instance.

Depending on how the HTLs were written, there might be differences between what is displayed on Author Instance's edit mode and Publish Instance's publish mode.

Changing the mode will refresh the page, it should, because the result is very different: at the minimum no edit panels will be displayed. Regardless of any changes in HTLs or other parts.
