Page not getting activated at scheduled time

The schedule time looks correct but the page was not activated.

Scenario:

1. Activate a page for later time using "Activate Later", say I have scheduled a page to go active at 4pm tomorrow 9th May.

2. On 9th May, at 5pm the page is still not activate. The schedule time is correct, it still shows 4pm 9th May.

This issue is occurring randomly but most of the times 'Active Later' works.

Do you have NPR-3544 installed?

looks like your scheduler service is not running ..

look for your Apache Sling Scheduler Support in felix console ..

We don't have this hotfix installed, so this could be it.. let me try installing.
