OSGI Service doesn't Bind with Jar after upgrading to 6.4 from 6.2

Hi All,

I have a project, which is built for 6.2. And now I have upgraded it to 6.4 so the code is deployed in 6.4 AEM Server. After the code is installed, The OSGI custom services are not binding with the respective jars. If I open the respective Custom Service, I could see that the annotations are seems to be deprecated. So Can somebody help me to rewrite the  component and Properties annotations. Code snippet is shown in the attached images.
