During aem 6.3 server restart Service factory started returning null all of a sudden and server is throwing  500 internal server error cannot open any of the cq consoles

Can someone please help this suddenly started happening in all the aem environments

Was this restart done after any code/hotfix deployments or after any upgrades?

Hi upgrade happened during last December and not even code changes are made this time ...everything is working fine till last Sunday...yesterday morning when we opened cq instance  all of a sudden  siteadmin user admin damadmin consoles started showing up blank, since all bundles are up and no error shown up in logs restart is being asked thinking environment is unstable  and once restart is done this error started showing up in logs and 500 internal server error started showing up on login screen...and even Felix scr bundle is up to date updating the bundle even did not fix the issue
