OOTB Content fragment is not working on any environment other than localhost.

Hi, 

I am not able to use OOTB content fragment component in my project. It is throwing below mentioned error :- 

Cannot serve request to /content/fsbp/us/en/data-privacy-new/jcr:content/root/responsivegrid/contentfragment.rawcontent.html in /libs/dam/cfm/components/contentfragment/rawcontent.html

Exception:

java.lang.NullPointerException

 

Tried to resolve it but no luck, please help us to get it resolved.

Just from that message it's unclear if the NullPointerException is caused by AEM code or by your project code. Please share the top 15-20 lines of the stacktrace and also any "caused by" section which might follow.
