On parasys did'nt see + icon to add components | Community

Please assure that you have allowed components to be added on the parsys.

  • Visit template
  • Click on the Settings icon next to required component
  • Configure the policy to allow components.

    Hi @aanchal-sikka and @anilkumar9 

    i also faced the same situation. As per @aanchal-sikka  I did as u mentioned and its working fine now, able to add components.

      @anilkumar9 ,

      As you mentioned it as a parsys, I am assuming you are using static templates here. In that case, go to design mode from top right corner of the page.

      Go to the Parsys you want to enable the components and click on the "Wrench" icon and select the components you want to allow.

      Then switch back to edit mode from top right corner and you should see the components available to add onto the page.

       

      As the best practice, switch to editable templates if possible.
