No option available to ADD/EDIT users with a CSV in AdminConsole

Based on the docuemtnation available, it seems I "Should" be able to add or edit users by CSV. (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/bulk-upload-users.html

as well as on the ADD Users button - it says to visit the USERS tab to add by CSV - but none is present).

I am an Admin - with Product Proile, Product, and User Group Admin Role. I can see the Add User option (Screenshot) but no CSV

has this option been removed? or do I not have needed permissions that I am unaware of?

"Add users by CSV" option is available.

You should be having "System Administrator" access to add users via CSV..
