Need suggestions to update the AEM Scaffolding mapping.

I need to update the AEM Scaffolding configuration.

Actually, I need to update the Product Thumbnail image based on color or the Default image.

But, I am not able to understand how they have mapped these Properties like Product Thumbnail image, hax color.

 

Can someone suggest me please ? or if there is any blog for this kindly suggest me.
