Multi layer form in AEM

Hi Friends,

I am creating multi layered form as shown in one of the theme inside the section of AEM Form. But I could not find the right resources for multi layer form.

Please help me if you have an idea where to start.

    Not sure if you are looking for a "multi-step" form when you say "multi-layer" form
