MSM huge rollouts are stalling

en-us is the blueprint for en-ca & en-gb having 'push on modify' rollout config. And within en-us we have another blueprint, say internal blueprint, which has 3000 live-copy pages. Now the problem is when the author tries to rollout a component from the internal blueprint to all 3000 pages from classic UI the process is being stalled(with red lights). Any idea what is causing the issue?

Can you enable DEBUG level for the logger com.day.cq.wcm.msm in /system/console/slinglog , and repeat the problematic MSM Action?

That should give you some information on why the process is stalling.

Also, check the CPU usage and Memory consumption during this process.
