Mouse draggable carousel

I'm using carousel of core components for slidable banner. The carousel has previous and next buttons. It moves to another banner when clicked. But I want that it should be draggable alongwith the buttons. For eg. I should be able to move to another banner with the help of mouse drag. Is there any functionality already present for it or any JS which can help?
