If the language master is deleted accidentally, can we create a new page under language master with the same name as live copy and rollout?
Will the changes reflect in the live copy that is already present ?
What is the right way to restore language master if it has been deleted years back?
Best practice is to continuously back up your environments on a daily or weekly basis, for incase something like this happens. And I honestly never encountered this problem, but what I would do is copy over a page folder structure that is close to your language master folder (of pages), and then comparing we-retail's project, configure nodes and properties as expected.
