The topic is extremely large and can have many flavors depending on the specific of your current implementation. I would recommend to start from the official documentation:

And tailor a process that best fits your project.

There is a nice diagram at the beginning for the migration journey, that can be very helpful. You should also establish which tools from the ones Adobe provides can help you with the transition:

Hi @annaachen1214,make sure to use the Adobe tools for Cloud Migration, like Best Practices Analyser, as it will give you a lot of good input to plan your roadmap.
