MFE implementation in AEM

I am not seeing any documentation or blogs related to MFE implementation in AEM. Is there any documentation around this available?

I am looking for MFE implementation for AEM SPA based architecture.

I have seen this. But I am majorly looking from AEM perspective.

1. My application is based on AEM SPA architecture.

2. I want to use AEM authoring features while implementing MFE.

3. How much it is useful to go for MFE when we are using having SPA architecture
