Magento cloud local set up is very complex

Hi ,

I have been trying to install Magento in my local,

Tried so many documents, official documentation is not straight forward it is very complex.

It is not like we have for AEM https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/local-development-env...

Somewhere it is mentioned that Macbook is prefered for Magento so now I have Mac too.

Please anybody who is using Magento cloud in there local , help me the doc or link for installing in my local.

It would be very very helpful as I have been stuck at this for almost 2 months

I did try Docker desktop option as well.

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the cloud setup on your local machine.  

I recommend joining the #cloud  channel on Open Source Slack workspace and post your question while I try to find additional resources  that can help you. Here is the link to join the channel -  https://magentocommeng.slack.com/archives/C8CBB6K9V

The channel is very active and has helped people troubleshoot issues with setup.
