I am looking for checklist to audit AEM platform. 

Requesting to please share me if anyone did audit on AEM platform in past or recommended list of points.

AEM provides OOTB audit log mechanism for events which qualify for audit e.g. page, DAM, Replication audit. User management operation can also be logged for audit. Please refer below for more details on this

In addition to this, various logs from crx-quickstart/logs folder which keeps track of audit qualifying information can be used like access, error, request, audit, history based on audit requirement.
