Language copy issue in AEM cloud AEM author instance

HI Team,

 

author wasn't having Language copy role hence i added user in project-administrator group and user was able to see Language Copy Option

 

 

 

but when tried to use the language option , getting below error

@sonuk85184451 Doo you still see this issue? Looks like Service Outage. If it still persists, please raise a Support Ticket

    @krati_garg- thanks for responding , nope not a service Outage as if user having admin access to do the same without any error or issues

     

    wondering what can be the issue here ?
