Jar file not opening on double clicking

I have jdk11 installed on my system and i downloaded AEM 6.5. But after downloading, I tried double clicking as mentioned in the mail. But nothing is showing up.

Do i need any other extensions ? Do help

Check your jar file is Executable Jar file or not. If not try below

Right Click ->  Properties -> Change -> C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.9\bin\javaw.exe

Check your jar file is Executable Jar file or not. If not try below

Right Click ->  Properties -> Change -> C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.9\bin\javaw.exe

    I tried this step but the command prompt just pops up and vanishes again.

      Yes, Muskan. You will also need to have a license file in the same folder.
