Issue with Workflow-Publish and Reference-Adjustment-Service clarity

Avatar

Level 1
  • What is the specific role of reference-adjustment-service in AEM, and in what scenarios does it get triggered?
  • How is workflow-process-service different from reference-adjustment-service in terms of functionality?
  • Are there best practices for monitoring or debugging such issues in Cloud Manager, especially when logs are no longer available?
  • which logs can be refered for this debug on cloud manager .

    • Reference adjustment service comes useful when you are migrating/moving your assets from one path to another. The resources where these assets are used would need to use the new DAM locations and this is where the reference adjustment service helps.
  • How is workflow-process-service different from reference-adjustment-service in terms of functionality?
    • workflow process service basically defines the typical workflow components like models, instnaces, workflow steps etc.
  • Are there best practices for monitoring or debugging such issues in Cloud Manager, especially when logs are no longer available?
    • Can you please elaborate on the type of issues that you are facing and if you are able to access AEM logs from cloud manager?
  • which logs can be refered for this debug on cloud manager .
    • all AEM logs are available in cloud manager. For debugging any issue mostly you would need the error logs.
