Is there way to publish asset versions to Publish Instance in AEM 6.5

Hello community,

Due to legal compliance, there is requirement to display versions of asset(pdf) with the current version. As version is getting generated under /jcr:system and not getting replicated even manually.
Is there any work around for the same?

AEM doesn't support versions to be published. 
but you can customise this behaviour, please refer below thread with similar context.
