Is there a way to find Adobe’s pre-scoped average for AEM

Hi, I read the product description of AEM Managed Services, and I saw Adobe has some pre-scoped average under the description. But I can not find more about the pre-scoped average. Is there a way  to find Adobe’s pre-scoped average for AEM.
