Is there a way to convert the static templates to editable templates?

Our project was created on 6.3 with static templates, Now we got a new requirement of creating same set of templates to Dynamic
(editable) templates and all page which were created should not get disturbed.

Is there a way to do this with any of the configurations or by any of package installation?

Please help me out with the same.
