Is there a way Authors can create a tag using tagfield while browsing for tags

So I wanted to check if there is a touch UI version of this class feature that exist

1. Authors are trying to use a tag on the page using tag field resource type. 

2. If the tag doesn't exist, they can create a tag using the same tag field browser window, instead of going to tagging area and creating the tag and then coming back to the page to select the tag. 

3. They should be able to create the tag and select the tag.

Hi @saurabhs1002220 

This is a dafault behaviour for the tag field. If the tag is not available you can provide the text and hit enter in the field. It will create the tag and apply on page.
