Is Adobe Experience Manager compatible with Adobe Creative Cloud

I am current running Adobe Experience Manager - Forms, Creative Cloud and Adobe Reader on a network server along with the normal Microsoft office packages.  I am using a Z4 desktop publishing computer but am experiencing problems with Adobe Experience Manager just shutting down without warning or submitting  an error code. All of the programs are loaded onto the Network so we are not using the cloud versions.   My IT department has upgraded my computer to the Z4, changed my network account and removed some packages but the problem remains.

Can anyone provide some assistance with this problem, I absolutely love AEM and would like to continue to use it however I am finding it difficult with the current problems.
