Iparsys in editable templates

Hi,

Xf/cf needs to be used as alternative for iparsys.

Could some one explain how the inheritance behavior or cancel inheritance behavior as used in iparsys between parent and child can be achievable?

Can you please tell us the use case? Its true you will not get functionality like iparsys using XF.

But rather you can you XF variations.

It won't behave like you are expecting rather you are referencing different content for different locales from a common location.

So you cant achieve cancel inheritance type functionality here.

My use case is not exactly the same .

I wanted to implement he iparsys behavior.

So using xf/cf I am unable to achieve the behaviour
