Initiate PhoneGap build

Hi, 

I am looking at how to create a PhoneGap build from an existing website and was following the process described here - http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/current/developing/mobile/phonegap_integration.html.

I wanted to create an app from the Geometrixx Media site. Unfortunately, the PhoneGap build does not appear in the workflow tab in the sidekick. I have a valid PhoneGap account and can get instantiate a remote build from the app console, so that seems to work. But what else do I need to do to start the build workflow?

IIRC, some workflows including this one were removed from the sidekick last release.

If you wish to execute this workflow outside of the app console you can do so from the touch workflow console @ http://localhost:4502/libs/cq/workflow/admin/console/content/models.html/etc/workflow/models

Select the workflow model then click on Start Workflow. Fill in the details and click Run.
