InDesign files in AEM Assets CC links won't stay updated

When opening InDesign files through the AEM Assets Creative Cloud connection (CC2015 on Mac OSX 10.10.3), an initial pop-up appears indicating modified links needing updating. I click the "Update Assets" button and after a time all appear updated with no warning indicators. Anywhere from 2 minutes to 25, assets that were updated will display a modified icon even though they have not been modified. Anyone heard of this and any thoughts what may be causing this?

Apologies but I am not sure how creative cloud functionality works with AEM assets.

Shekhar, thanks for the quick response. Perhaps I was unclear. I am speaking of AEM Assets accessed through Creative Cloud to my desktop. When I open an InDesign file with modified links, I am asked to either "Update Links" or "Do Not Update Links". I choose "Update Links", file opens and links are displayed as updated. After a short period of time, however, some links will again display a modification alert next to the name of the asset in the links panel. 

We have updated timestamp settings on server to preserve originals and that lessened but has not solved the problem.
