Hi @roberto_eff ,
Try below solution:
1. Verify Entitlements & Provisioning
Before anything works, you must have these tools provisioned in Adobe Admin Console under your organization.
Go to:
- adminconsole.adobe.com
- Check Products assigned to your org:
- Adobe Experience Manager
- Adobe Analytics
- Workfront
- AEM Sites Optimizer
If any product is missing, contact your Adobe Partner Account Manager or log a support ticket via Adobe Admin Console. As a Bronze Partner, you are usually eligible for demo/test licenses for your own website.
2. AEM Sites Optimizer – Integration Guide
What it does:
Analyzes your AEM Sites pages and suggests performance, SEO, accessibility, and authoring improvements.
How to set up:
Go to AEM Author → /libs/granite/operations/content/diagnosis/tools.html
Find Sites Optimizer.
Configure via: /conf/global/settings/optimizer
or create a config under your site’s /conf
Documentation:
Official Guide: Sites Optimizer
Create custom reports or scheduled scans for your staging/production sites.
3. Adobe Analytics – Integration
Options:
AEM Cloud Sites integrates Analytics in 2 ways:
- Adobe Launch / Data Collection Tags
- Legacy ClientContext (not recommended)
Steps:
In AEM:
- Navigate to: /conf/your-site/settings/cloudconfigs
- Create new config for Adobe Analytics
In Admin Console:
- Link AEM to your Adobe Analytics account via:
- IMS Configuration (Adobe I/O)
- API Integration (Legacy, less preferred)
In Tags (Launch):
- Create a Property (Web)
- Add AEM Data Layer extension
- Map events, pages, components to Analytics variables (eVars, props)
Add launch.js to the AEM site via <head> using Experience Fragment or template policy.

4. Adobe Workfront – Integration
What it does:
Helps manage creative workflows, tasks, and project intake. Useful for marketers/authors/content teams.
Integration options:
A. Workfront for Experience Manager Enhanced Connector (Preferred)
Go to AEM: /libs/cq/workflow/admin/console/content
Install the Workfront enhanced connector package (check Adobe Software Distribution or via Cloud Manager)
Configure Workfront in:
AEM → Tools → Cloud Services → Workfront
Create a mapping between:
Workfront projects
AEM folders (e.g., DAM folder for assets)
Tasks (linked to workflows in AEM)

Amit

Hi @roberto_eff,
1. AEM Sites Optimizer
What it is:
A tool that provides insights and automated suggestions to improve site performance and adherence to AEM best practices.
AEM Sites Optimizer is available only for AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
Ensure that your AEM instance is on the Cloud Service model (not AEM 6.5 On-Prem or AMS).
It is automatically available in Cloud Manager, no manual download required.
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-sites-optimizer/content/home
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-sites-optimizer/content/documentation/...
If you’re using Cloud Manager already, you should see “Sites Optimizer” under tools or reports.
What it is:
Integrates Analytics with AEM to track and optimize user engagement and content effectiveness.
Create a Report Suite and Property in Adobe Analytics.
In AEM, use the Adobe Analytics Cloud Configuration under:
Tools > Cloud Services > Adobe Analytics
Map your AEM components and templates to Analytics variables (props, eVars, events).
If using Launch/Adobe Data Collection Tags, you can embed the tag manager scripts directly in AEM headers.
What it is:
Enables marketers and developers to connect content workflows, approvals, and asset requests between AEM and Workfront.
This requires both a Workfront instance and an AEM instance with the Workfront connector.
As a partner, you may request trial licenses from your Adobe Partner Account Manager.
You will configure this via:
AEM Assets Essentials or native AEM Assets
OAuth integration between AEM and Workfront
Workfront Projects and Tasks mapped to AEM folders/workflows
Since you're using this for your own corporate website, you may be eligible to request partner-tier access to:
AEM Cloud Service sandbox environments
Developer licenses for Workfront and Analytics
Contact your Adobe Partner Manager or use the Adobe Solution Partner Portal to request these tools under internal use or demo purposes.
Hope that helps!
